The Minister, Lord Gardiner of Kimble, visited the Market on Thursday 19th November at midnight.  He was escorted by Robert Hurren, from County Supplies, and Nick Padley, from Sidesalads.

The Minister showed great interest in the market and agreed with many of the concerns put forward by the CGTA Team.

It is a first for a Minister to visit at such a crucial and vital time, during the busy trading hours.  So well done to all those who have canvassed their MP’s, the message is finally getting through to Government.  We must keep up the pressure so that we might just get the Market we deserve and need.
